Dunkin'

Their sweet tea (or tea in general) tastes like old tea. If you prefer tea, go to the Waynesboro location. However, the coffee and pastries are great, and the customer service is awesome!

I did a mobile order for an iced coffee latte. I pulled into the Dunkin’ Donuts about 4 minutes later. I walked in and the drink was there waiting for me. The lady there was nice and said thank you as I took the drink out to my vehicle. Extremely fast service. Very happy with my order.

Good morning I would like to share my experience with Dunkin in Emmitsburg ,Md. I look forward to coming to Dunkin each morning for my latte and wrap plus my husband’s order. All the employees from the person who takes my order, to the person who makes my latte, and the person preparing my food are very pleasant . Because I am a frequent customer the managers KP and Perry and some workers address me by my name which makes me feel appreciated. I would like to say a special thanks to KP(manager) who went out of his way to drive 45 min to another Dunkin and bring back coffee due to the bursting of a water pipe in Emmitsburg so that his customers would have their coffee. Don't recommend this. Location came here the other day because I live in town to grab stuff on the way to the highway. Ordered my regular hot coffee five creams five sugars. I'm pretty sure they supplemented my cream or with milk and didn't tell me before handing me the coffee. I'm lactose intolerant so I cannot have regular milk. Also, I had to argue with them about my donut because they couldn't find my donut order in the Drive-Thru holding up the drive-thru line. Then they give you my donut. Not only to get this, I don't recommend this location at all. And what's sad is it's the owner's family members that are doing this daily. Working at this location daily messing up daily cannot read their customers orders daily.

I asked for light ice in my drink, it was full of ice and i barely had any drink mind you this costed 5 dollars for a medium drink. I cannot understand a single word those people said.
