Dunkin'

Since the new manager got the job, all the coffee tastes awful. It's cold, and he doesn't follow instructions. I hope they change managers; he's always on his phone and doesn't provide good customer service.UnlikeOf the other workers. I want my delicious coffee back. Everytime I walk in this location there are hardly any donuts to chose from it’s so disappointing because it’s the closest dunkin near me. Its always a long wait time regardless if i was to get a donut or not, i think you guys are way too under staffed. every time i walk in there it’s always that one guy with the braids working doing it all on his own. He's clearly overwhelmed, juggling a million tasks at once, taking orders, making food, whipping up drinks etc take some consideration and not have one person working alone his whole shift. Waste of customers time.

Horrible dry muffins and the worse hot chocolate ever… it was just hot water with specs of chocolate… I will never go back to this location

i work next door and get coffee here pretty much daily……the coffee is always fresh, and staff is super friendly..some times of the day they can be a little short-staffed (maybe during “rush” times) but overall, good coffee and great service

The staff are very slow and understaffed. I'm waiting 30 minutes for a coffee.
