Jersey Mike's Subs

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the quality and speed has gone downhill. I'm not sure if there are new employees that need more training but this location used to be excellent a few months ago. Now my recent experiences always took a lot longer than expected and the sandwich itself is subpar like Subway's. The bread was thin and over-baked with not has much meat inside as before.

I don’t usually visit Jersey Mike’s, but the location near my job is good. It’s always busy, yet the staff keeps things moving quickly and stays friendly. The sandwiches are consistently good (I always order the tuna and the cookies). I appreciate being greeted every time I walk in. I met the general manager, Eric, today, he was very welcoming. This is definitely my go-to spot when I’m working in Westwood.

Online order: The staff was nice and friendly, but the lettuce was brown on the entire sandwich. I had to throw it away upon opening it. I’m at work and unable to return for a refund or a new sandwich

I placed an order on the app, and when I arrived to the location at the pick up time, my order wasn't even made. I waited a total of 20 minutes for my order to finally be completed. I was talking to a couple of people who were also in the same boat. One guy was waiting for 20 minutes too by the time I got there. Another one continued waiting even after I got my order. Apparently, this is normal and common for this location. Some of the employees were not being team players and left one person to make over a dozen orders by themselves. When I finally got my order and opened it at home, it was the wrong sandwich. It also didn't taste very good like they were using subpar ingredients. This location used to be pretty good. I wonder what went wrong. Blackstone ruined this company by minimizing

They were quick to take the order. Seems like they prioritize online orders though as I waited nearly 20 minutes for them to make a regular chicken cheesesteak. Poor communication between manager and staff. They were talking amongst themselves and had the music on having a good time but can't get a hot sandwich out in a timely manner even after being asked 3 times about its status. Would of just gotten a regular cold sandwich to get out of there in a timely manner.
