Dunkin'

Placed a mobile order, went in to get it and was told by the woman working that she’s done for the day and to come back tomorrow for the drink. I live a hour away from this location. When I asked for a refund, she said “she can’t because she shut the register down and is going home”. When I stated I spent money on services no rendered (latte) she shrugged her shoulders. Now mind you, this Dunkin location on google states it is open until 8pm. This location on the official Dunkin app states it is open until 8pm and accepted mobile orders. I placed a mobile order at 7pm. The service is absolutely abysmal. And to top it all off, the location is an absolutely filthy. Unknown brown liquids over the floors. Absolute squalor and poor service, possibly THEFT if money is not returned.

Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Me and my boyfriend mobile ordered and got our drinks, they were both made wrong with no flavoring added and no sugar, just black coffee with milk. My boyfriend asked them to remake both drinks, they remade mine but refused to remake his so he asked for a refund instead which they then denied and claimed that he “always asks for refunds on drinks made perfectly fine” we have been to this location literally 2 other times and he got a refund ONE time, a year ago because they blatantly put regular milk in his drink when he specifically told them he has a dairy allergy and had refused to remake it. They mess up drinks every single time and they’re rude and can barely even understand English. We don’t do this “all the time” as they claimed it was

Found the 1 Dunkin that doesn’t throw out their food… and they serve it the next day. My wife asked for plain black coffee with pumpkin flavor. I guess somwhere in that order they heard 3 creme and sugar. Food was absolutely terrible like it’s been sitting out for a few days. Plus the gas price is bumped up when down the road it’s been 15 cents cheaper per gallon

The amount of body odor that I could smell from the employees was astronomically disgusting. At least when you work in food service personal hygiene is very important to upkeep i never turned around so fast its jusy appalling

Nice staff and location. But there's no seating in there at all even though there's room for seating. This tells me they're afraid homeless people are gonna come in and park themselves in there. 🙁
