Dunkin Donuts

Not sure if this was supposed to be a joke? Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and this is what I recieved…. Good one…

Waited on a mobile order for 30mins because they were running so far behind. The manager brought me my food and didn’t say a single thing after his (very young) employee mentioned I had been waiting for too long. The food was greasy and undercooked. The young barista asked three people to make my coffee order before finally just making it herself. She did her best, but my large coffee was at least two inches from being filled to the top. Numerous people came in after me and left before me. I understand being busy, but this was an oversight and hasn’t only happened once.

I always do mobile orders, typically in the mornings and they do a great job. They’re friendly, fast and the drinks taste great!

Do not order from here if you’re getting more than two things, because they will mess it up and something (or everything) will be wrong. However, if you’re getting one coffee you are in the clear and it is good. I don’t what happens once you start ordering more than that, if their brains short circuit or something. I always come to this Dunkin as it is the closest to my house, and it is very convenient but it’s 50/50 shot you’ll get what you paid for. But when it’s good it’s good. People are always super nice though, and for the most part the service is quick, which is probably why my avocado toast is never toasted but oh well. Corners gotta get cut from time to time and I understand.

First time at this location. The cashier who took my order was very friendly and polite However the chicken and roasted pepper wrap was horrible. Taste like soup out of a can poured into a burrito shell. It was so much and I was able to share it with the birds.
