Dunkin Donuts

Everytime I go to this place something is always wrong. This recent time I ordered a matcha latte & it came like this. It’s crazy how I pay 5.94$ almost 6 bucks for a drink and it’s like this and I did not ask for light ice.I can only imagine that with light ice it’s less than half the cup like what??? Another time my drink had the wrong milk, I asked kindly if she could correct and she took the cup rudely and made a face. I would definitely not recommend this place AT ALL . I’ve also been there late to get doughnuts around 8:30-9:30 pm and they are always out of EVERYTHING. This is my last time going to Dunkin.

This location everytime we come, donut flavor availability is too poor service is too slow and unfortunately being one of my favorite franchises, this location management should be taking care of. Is compromising reputation and eventually customers will be lost. I strongly recommend you to pay attention on this one. I hope next time I come my expectations be exceeded. For now, o will say there is an opportunity area. Staff is under training, beverages are not hot enough , flavors are always limited, facility looks dirty.

I went through the drive-thru and had no idea what to order, but Matthew and Diego were extremely patient and helpful. They took the time to walk me through a few options, made recommendations, and helped me decide on an order without making me feel rushed. Their attitude was friendly and genuine, which really stood out for a drive-thru experience. You could tell they cared about giving good customer service and making sure customers actually leave happy. Matthew and Diego definitely made my visit better I’ll be back because of them.

Service was less than ideal. There was no one at the front when I got there. Took them a minute to know I was there. There were at least three on the job, and it wasn't busy. On the other hand, got my drink and donuts quicker than expected. I’d say the order was pretty accurate for how simple it was. Could’ve been more attentive as they didn't notice me for a couple minutes. Went to get maple bars and a drink for myself and my mom, but they didn’t have any. I ended up getting chocolate glazed donuts and they weren’t bad. Still prefer maple though. Overall, the place was well put together and had a decent selection. Just need to work on their service👍🏻

Shittys service honestly my husband was trying to order my drink how I like it and the lady kept interrupting him without knowing what he was asking for! The fact that she didn’t even do it the way I asked it want made me the most angry additionally the drink isn’t even full ! Horrible service and the fact that when I told her she made it wrong she just told me no I didn’t I made it myself the food was even worse like if she hates her job and just threw everything together worst Dunkin’s by far !
