Dutch Bros Coffee

Customer service is at the top of these workers minds when it comes to every order. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of drinks at this location. The workers have all been very friendly and kind. I appreciate the consistency of service and hospitality. I’m a return customer and look forward to each visit.

They dont bother to ever use the 2nd lane. I sat in the 2nd lane, in front of the window for 20 minutes while the other lane just kept passing people through. They could clearly see I was waiting in the 2nd lane from the window. If you dont use the 2nd lane, maybe put a cone or something? I'd assume its common sense?

This has to be the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever experienced. I probably won’t be coming back. Don’t come here if you don’t have 45 min at 7am. Nonchalant attitude and unapologetic.

I love you Dutch bros, But any time I come after 5pm the afternoon shift never gets my order right ☹️I ordered the new matcha lemonade but I think I got a matcha latte instead. Your morning crew is fantastic & amazing tho!!!

i accidently order from the eastlake durch bros and they where really nice an cool about it and they gave me one isntead of charging it, they where really cool about it and profesional and the cofee always on point
