Dunkin'

I have been coming for 6 months not a single person gave me a problem.. I come I’m polite I order a coffee get to the window and out of no where this girl blonde hair manager behind here .. we aren’t serving you n slammed the window in my face no reason n was mad rude .. I have never been treated with such disrespect by an employee and a manager over seeing this action.. even if u don’t like someone u should treat everyone with equal respect.. I wasn’t rude to her to slam a window in my face for no reason I asked y she just walked away .. I had to drive to Warwick for coffee I live in Coventry that’s 20 mins out my way because somebody just didn’t want my money for coffee

I come in in the afternoon and I grab my to go water and every single time so far all they do is give me I have to tell them exactly what was on the water and the bigger woman that’s upfront. Seems like she doesn’t wanna actually do anything. This is ridiculous. It’s unprofessional and it just seems like she doesn’t care at all. Whatever the hell is going on in the afternoon at this place needs to be figured out. Ownership needs to step up for the managers of the step up and figure out what’s going on? There is no reason why people should be putting there to go orders through and not have the order completed especially when you put it in a good 10 minutes prior to getting there because of traffic.

Staff is delightful talk about service with a smile, coffee taste great not like some where it's burnt, is easy in out access parking is a breeze.

Ordered a sausage and egg no cheese!!! Such a simple order and they can still get it wrong and be asking for tips while paying is so damn ridiculous. Handed over card yet sticks out card reader asking for tips putting every customer in a position no one wants to be in.

This is a busy Dunkin, but they have fast service and always get our order correct.
