Dunkin'

I waited too long to place my order. I was the only one there. The cashier was working the counter and the window. I waited for her to take 4 or 5 more orders before she assisted me. I could tell the atmosphere was stressful for her, so I was patient. I helped to make that experience more peaceful by not adding to her stress. I told her how I was impressed by the way she handled herself even though I had to wait. She thanked me for being patient. This would not have happened if they at least had one more person working. I say it's poor management. Because of this I had to rank them low in customer service and overall management of staff and facility. It was gloomy and sad.

Employees are rude and do nothing but sit on their phones. Takes them 10 minutes to make a bagel that’s hard as a rock. And my coffee is not what I ordered and tastes like crap. And then when I asked how much longer it would be the young kid in the drive-through said I don’t know. I’m not working in the kitchen with an attitude. Never going back. Worst service I’ve had in a long time. Disrespectful and lazy. We’re not waste your time or your money

The experience was sad, this is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that disappointed me. They had 4 options of donuts, got one of my drink orders wrong, and didn’t hand me my receipt and two of the food items I ordered were wrong. I spent over 30 dollars and waited about 20 minutes for two drinks 2 doughnuts and three food items. I purchased two orders of snacking bacon and got regular bacon with no sweet pepper seasoning and my regular latte was rung up as iced. Not worth the time or money.

I used the drive thru here so can't comment on the atmosphere. The person at the take out window was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I got one of the Refresher drinks, which I have gotten at least twenty of, elsewhere, over the Summer. I ordered a medium Mango Pineapple with Green tea. It was so watered down as to be undrinkable. I ended up throwing it away. Every other Dunkin' I've gotten these from (at least 6 other ones) if I only have one flavor, they first fill the cup with 2 servings of that flavor before adding the green tea. (In fact, on line, you have to indicate that you want that for your first, and second, flavor). They appear to have only filled it with one serving of the single flavor, then filled it was green tea. Got my entire 2 item order wrong twice. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and large hot tea. They gave me a plain bagel and told me to have a good day. I said you gave me the wrong bagel and forgot my tea, she said oh and then turns around and later gives me the correct bagel and hands me a large iced coffee. I said again you gave me the wrong drink I ordered a large hot tea, she responds OK, and a few minutes later a different lady hands me the correct drink. Mind you there was only 1 car behind me and maybe 2 cars parked in front. So it wasn’t busy and there were several employees in the building. Get it together
