Dunkin'

I decided to stop this morning on my way to work. I kept my order simple so I’d not be delayed long. Just ordered donuts. As I pulled around to the window my box of donuts was being placed at drive thru. I spent the next almost 4 minutes watching the cashier count a handful of ones over and over and over again. Got on her personal cell in between a couple of this dollar bill counts. After she finally opened the drive thru window but took another 30 seconds to acknowledge me I understood this whole act was deliberate. I was exceptionally polite at the drive thru order speaker. So nothing I did prior warranted a complete waste of my time. Just a cashier power tripping. I won’t be back.

Not only have I had poor service here for months, but today was the day that pushed me to write a review. I got in the drive thru line with two cars in front of me to order and no one at the window. Didn’t get my tea and food items for 40 minutes. That’s not an exaggeration. I can handle the lack of customer service when dining in, that doesn’t really matter to me. But when mixing that with extremely slow service (which happens almost every time I come to this location starting 6 months ago) it gets extremely frustrating. What adds insult to injury is that they weren’t even short-staffed. If you’re in a time crunch do not come here.

I know this Dunkin’ Donuts is short staffed but just so bad, me and my dad ordered 3 bacon egg cheese and it took 30 minutes to get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hard for America to run on dunkin when this place moves at a crawl. There's a few employees with great attitudes at this location but the service is rough. And that's on top of how overpriced and subpar Dunkin as a whole has become

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Every time I have been to this location it has been AWFUL! The customer service here is literally a joke. It is completely non-existent. No one says a single word to you when you walk in like they are annoyed that you even came in to the store. I walked up to the kiosk to order and the guy behind the counter (who was doing nothing at the time) just stared at me and didn’t say a word. Unfortunately this is the only donut shop near my house so if we want donuts, this is where we have to go. It’s clearly a management issue and lack of customer service training.
