Dunkin'

If you can go to another one please avoid it, extremely disrespectful and cheap ownership. They charge for tap water. Don't go here please, I'm not positive but I've even heard they charge for basic things like napkins, cutlery, etc.

Stopped in for a quick coffee on my way to work and was really impressed. The staff were cheerful, the service was fast, and the coffee gave me the perfect start to my day.

$3 for a slice of bread that does not even fill the box. This is not your normal standard. Please do better! My egg wrap was also over done and crunchy.

Heat not working in store, owner doesn’t care about customers comfort. Will be taking my business elsewhere, not one owned by the same owner!!!!!

Customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They are more focused on there conversations with each other rather than preparing orders. There were 4+ employees and we waited FOREVER for a simple bagel, hash brown and bacon order. Just for them to get the order wrong and me going up to counter asking for them to fix it and the man saying ok he's got it. 10 minutes later I had to ask again what's taking so long. It wasn't that they were busy because they were just in the back laughing and goofing around. Didnt get my order until I got upset and went back to counter for a 3rd time. Definitely will not be returning to this dunkin.
