Dunkin'

This location advertises as being open at 5 AM, however on multiple occasions no one answers at the driver through between 5AM and 6AM. Yet, the lights will be on, and sometimes you can see staff on their phon through the drive-thru window. The inconsistency of service is why I won’t be choosing this location anymore, and I would not recommend anyone else to either.

Probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I visited. Paid almost $6 for a sandwich to not have any bacon on it after waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 mins. Recieved my coffee cold and only halfway filled. All in all a horrible location and I will not be returning.

Been to this location 3 times and the last one will make me never come back. Everytime I would order a turkey egg and cheese sandwich it was always cold so the 3rd time I went I asked them could they warm it up more and when I received my sandwich it was the same results as before. I the worker the sandwich was still cool and said the cheese isn’t melted, she caught an attitude and said I have to ask that specifically when ordering. Never heard of that before I shouldn’t have to ask for my sandwich to be hot at 6:30am in the morning when my 2nd job I’ve ever had was Dunkin Donuts so I’m aware she didn’t want to go back inside and warm it up more. I would rather go to Dunkin on central Ave knowing my sandwich will be hot.

Went here for the first time ordered 2 croissant sandwiches, 1 wrap, 1 vanilla frozen coffee, 1 ice coffee with cream and sugar. They put the sandwiches in 1 SMALL bag!! my food looks like flat bread! My frozen coffee taste like bag of sugar! The person taking the order in the drive through kept rushing me while i was placing the order and also shoved the drinks and food in my hand. I will never come here again! I hope they close this location!

They gave me the wrong drink and I waited 5 minutes for it. It wasn't bad just I could tell that serving the customers are not top priority.
