I ordered ahead about 5 mins before I got there, walked in and no one said hello... no one said anything to me so i just stood there, no one else was waiting for anything just me. Waited an additional 5 mins for 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns while the girl making the sandwiches showed more interest in telling her coworker how she wanted her own iced tea made. While I was waiting another woman walked in, went to the counter and stood there, again no one said a word to her, she waited and ended up just walking out. Our sandwiches were how they should be but theres no customer service here, no friendliness...
Went in to pick up a mobile order. There were one or two other people waiting. I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The 6 staff members were busy making drinks or chatting with one another. After I was the only one left waiting a girl asked me what the order name was and I gave it to her. She glanced at the receipts on the counter and another employee spilt water on the counter and tickets. They both grab paper towels to clean up and the one who was speaking to me turns her back to make small talk with employees while blotting the tickets. I stand there patiently and then clearly forgotten about. I asked if she had found the ticket and she asks for the name again to which she says she has no ticket. Turns out I had this one mixed up with the Burnt Hills one so I go to leave as a c
I go here once or twice a year because every time I do, no joke, no exaggeration, I stand in line for 10 to 20 minutes waiting to order coffee while every employee in the place is busy making one or two previous orders. Today it was 20 minutes and two previous orders, each for two people with a line behind me a couple people short of reaching out the door. I finally got my coffee and got donuts, forgoing the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns my wife and I wanted because of how horrible the service was. The donuts have that day or two old feel to them and the coffee tastes old and burnt. This Dunkin has been plagued by systemic mismanagement and understaffing for years. I guess, in a terrible way, it's nice to see consistency from a fast food business. BH Dunkin is consistently horr
I was there today at 10:42 am and I watched as my food was being prepared as I always do. The man (Patrick) working placed my eggs directly on the dirty counter without using parchment paper. I let him know that I saw my food just placed on the dirty counter and he said there was a small paper under it which I’m positive was not. Then when it came out of the toaster over I watched closely to see if there was a small parchment paper under it and it was not. He did not even have to throw anything out when he moved my food from the oven tray to my bread and so I explained to him I was watching and saw clearly that he didn’t use any parchment paper under it and he then pulls out some random parchment paper from the trash and tells me those were the ones he used and that was not the case. After school the place fills with teenagers that walk over from the high-school. I needed to use the bathroom while I was there, which is a one seater, but there were 4 teenage boys in there together 🤔
