Ballston Community Public Library

This is truly a community library. We have been coming for children's story time for years and my girls remember the staff and love to say "hi" to Miss Alyssa and Miss Jane. They are so friendly and welcoming!

Today was my first day ar the Ballston Community Library because I'm new to the area. I brought my nine-month-old granddaughter and was thrilled to find out there's an entire upstairs floor for children. Because I wasn't prepared with a stroller, Alyssa, head of youth services, helped carry my granddaughter's books downstairs and even out to my car. Alyssa was awesome. She gave me a tour of the entire children's area and described programs offered for my grandchildren. I will be a frequent visitor here. Also, having an elevator go to the second floor was a true bonus. Thank you Alyssa and staff for such a welcoming visit.

We enjoy coming to the town of Ballston Community Library. Their children's room is packed with favorites and new choices. There is always a quiet place to curl up with a good book. We love the board game lending library, and they even lend cake pans and museum passes. The library is also close to the high school, so it is a convenient place to stop in for a study session, and they have free EV charging! Their book sales are great - a lot of selection and well organized. The staff are friendly and very helpful, when asked.

It's a beautiful library and community room. A great place for kids to learn. Awesome and friendly staff!

I miss the library and everyone that works there so much. Just a wonderful magical place. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind every time my family and I have gone and it's such a great children's library sparking imagination and curiosity in my 2 girls. I feel so lucky to have this library in my community.
