Dunkin'

This Dunkin is the worst DD in the state! To start, every time I have gone to this location the wait is at least 20 minutes. Even when I’m the only person in the drive-thu! They’re constantly getting the orders wrong. Most of the staff are miserable with the exception of one or two of them. Today my family and I went to get breakfast and this will be the last time we ever spend money there. We ordered two refreshers and a loaded hash brown. Both drinks were wrong and when I went to eat the loaded hash brown it was insulting. No bacon and just a drop of cheese on the side of the bowl! Truly a crap place and I hope people who read this don’t ever waste their time or money on this DD!

Walked in ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Got it in 3 minutes and left. Just how I like my visits. Quick and easy. Lobby was clean As was the bathroom. No complaints.

They close the lobby frequently, I always order to pick up inside so even when you order ahead you sit in a long line of cars because you can't use the lobby. Too often the coffee is getting old and isn't hot enough and tastes burnt.

I placed an order online. I specifically placed the order for a half an hour ahead so they had an adequate amount of time to get my order ready. I waited over 30 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. In this time period I did not hear the workers communicate once when their lobby was filled with people waiting. It seems as if this place has absolutely no organization or intention to provide even decent customer service.

I keep trying to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a chance as I travel this way to work every day but every time I go there, the service is terrible, You wait in line at the drive-through just to place your order and then when you get around to the window, even if there is no cars in front of you, you are waiting at the window for almost 10 minutes to get your order every time going inside isn’t much better. I’ve tried that also. when using the drive-through, I am only ordering coffee which is supposed to be quick. but I’m waiting to order my coffeefor at least anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes and then once you get to the window, it’s the same amount of time to wait.
