Dunkin'

I stopped by with my friends to get some donuts and coffee, and had a great experience. Marissa took care of us, and she was great! Very sweet and was attentive. She took our order with a smile and was very kind. I usually don't leave reviews but the customer service was very pleasant, and that deserves to be recognized—thank you Marissa! Great food/drinks and quick service as well.

I went to this location around 840 am because it is closer to my daughters camp. I have been here in the past and the experience was sub par. Today the cashier at drive thru was very rude and had terrible customer service. I ordered 2 donuts and they were all melted and stuck to the paper. When trying to remove the paper all the icing came off. I also ordered a hot chocolate and the lady told me the machine wasn't working. She asked me if I wanted something else. I said no. She should have refunded me, but proceeded to "make it a different way" and it was not even hot chocolate .... about half filled up with water and foam. I had to throw away.... 11$ wasted. Do not come here! Worst dunkin donuts I've been to.

Parking lot has no order to navigate to the driver thru. The ordered are barely right. And the one young woman on the intercom is less than pleasant.

I went to the drive thru and picked up a toasted bagel with cream cheese for my wife. This is what we got. This isn’t toasted, it’s incinerated. Obviously the employee saw this while putting cream cheese on it and gave it to me anyway, knowing I wouldn’t see it until I got home. Never coming back here again.

Asked for Butter Pecan and Oatmilk, got Pumpkin Spice and Whole Milk....Made the cardinal mistake of not trying my drink before leaving. Sample your drink before you exit the store!
