Dunkin'

Service sucks, one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Ordered one coffee, waited 5-6 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order and waited at the window 5-6 minutes to get one coffee. Had to beep my horn a couple of times to get noticed. Then they short changed me . WON’T BE BACK!!!

Cashier doesn’t make any eye contact with customers taking orders or answering questions.

The food was good, but the service was awful. I go to this Dunkin a lot because it's right down the street from my house. I've never had an issue at this one which is why I have always gone back. The woman who took my order today though, was very rude and had an attitude the entire time. Consistently scoffing at my coffee order and repeatedly saying "Is that it" in a very condescending tone after every word I said. I told her that was not it and asked what they had for donuts. She then said "Well what are you looking for" again in a very rude way. When I get up to the window to pay i see this woman grab my donut near the window rolling her eyes and just throws it on the counter at the window. If the window was open it would have gone out the window with how she threw it down. I politely as

Why is this the only Dunks with a decent donut selection? Seriously, I drive by at least 4 others because I know their options are not good. This place always has a better variety of donuts to choose from. Staff is also very friendly and unlike other locations seem to enjoy their jobs
