Bedford Public Library

This library, and potentially other areas of the town, needs new leadership. The staff are awful. Dishonourable, out of line and can behave ignorantly. I believe this is partly potentially due to leadership and others behaving this way. If you’ve never left NH / MA you may not notice this as easily or have a tolerance for it and think it is like this everywhere, it is not. As someone who left and returned, it’s some of the worst Good luck and hopefully this changes for the better Libraries can be good places that bring people together, and offer a unique public service and place. This one separates, puts walls up and has an aspect of abusiveness that affects visitors, staff and all who enter.

Ive been coming here for the last 10yrs. I nanny and there is so many options for kids and adults of all ages.

Well light.very comfortable and many things to do and see.

This library is the best there is. The people working there are brilliant, helpful, and creative. Digital resources there are consistently top of the line and updated regularly. Their collection is thoughtfully curated and up to date with new releases. At every corner, you can see reflections of the community, locally and globally, in books displays, teen make n' take crafts, 3-D printing, and their regular programming. We're lucky to have such a resource here in town and I'm grateful to the librarians who make it such a wonderful space.
