Dunkin'

Tried calling ahead to place a larger order for a company event but the line kept going to voicemail. The gentleman at the counter was very kind and helpful, but I kept catching side-eyes and head shakes in a very judgmental manor from the female associate. I was just ordering 2 dozen donuts and 2 box of joes and she made me feel like a bad person. It wasn't even like I crashed in at 6:50 asking for everything, there was easily 45 minutes till close. I tried to give a heads up, pick up your phone!! Next time I'll go somewhere else.

If you close at 7pm don't throw away a whole black trash bag FULL of donuts at 6:45pm! And the attitudes and under the breath mumbling is BEYOND unprofessional and RUDE! If you don't want to work, don't work! The Dunkin near Bowlero and Schewels is just as terrible with the crappy attitudes! I'll be more than happy to take my money to Starbucks!

Not so clean and unprofessional service. The drink was extremely sweet and we asked for a new one and would return but were swiftly told we need to pay again. Awful service.

Ordered a Vanilla Latte and they gave it to me in a cup that literally had black mold growing on it and it tasted like it was made with spoiled milk, it was disgusting couldn't finish it and it seems like a health violation. Really disappointed I used to frequent here a lot but this morning seemed as though their employees were just lazy couldn't even check to make sure they gave me a clean cup.

I've only used the drive thru window here a few times and have been very happy with the speed, accuracy, and temperature of the food. I'll continue to go here for breakfast when nearby. 4.4.23 update. Gone downhill since the last time I was there. Coffee was grilled cheese was not. Half of the cheese was outside the sandwich lol
