Dunkin'

I always go to this Dunkin, but lately the coffee has been off. Yesterday I finally ordered an iced coffee- cold brew toasted white chocolate with 5 creams. I received it dark and the taste was awful, nothing like cold brew. The flavor was also awful. Did not taste like white chocolate and it and tasted burnt. It’s hit and miss and honestly almost $5 for an iced coffee to be made wrong and taste burnt is unacceptable. Sometimes the coffee is made perfectly and other days it’s not. I’m not sure who makes the iced coffees there but do better

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts at 5 AM. I tried to order a breakfast sandwich just to be told that they didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches available so I had to result to getting two glazed donuts just to start my morning off. The service was good the young lady who served me very polite and apologetic. I’m still going to continue to come to this Dunkin’ Donuts very good service very good food. I understand things happen.

Came in on the morning of 11/1 and was waited on by a very nice young man named Bruce. It was extremely busy but he was calm and took my order in a timely fashion. Im usually greeted by one of this stores impatient and grouchy employees who seem inconvenienced by taking my order, but this one was different. He even got my order right and was such a sweetheart. Hes the only one I've ever encountered who treated me like a person and not just a number. Thank you kind sir. You made my day. If management sees this, this young man deserves some credit.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Not sure if ownership cares about this place. Constant wrong orders. Horrible and rude service. Ordered a hot drink and it was ice cold. If it wasn’t so convenient on location I would never come back to the dunkin. The store great outside of constant issues

Never gave me my 6 piece hash browns. Never added the bacon bits or even filled my loaded hash browns, little to no queso. Coffee didn’t have any French vanilla like I asked for. Then told me that my Dunkin card had less on it than it really did and took the card. Will never go there again. Do not recommend to anyone.
