Dunkin'

Staff were all in the back working on the drive thru. One person was left to man the front by himself and there was a line out the door. He kept asking for help and no one was really doing anything. Attitude’s were dismal and uncaring. Ended up paying for a signature latte and settled for an ice coffee after waiting about 15min. I wanted to ask for a donut to cover the extra cost I lost out on but just felt bad for the guy and didn’t want to add more work. When I later opened my sausage egg and cheese on a bagel from the back, it was on a wheat bagel of some sort instead of plain, so it was sweet. Pretty bummed about what I paid for that experience.

Will not return EVER! THIEVES! The manager stole the rest of our money from our gift card. Went the first time with a $25 g/c in the drive through. Manager moving so fast and talking so fast forgot to give us our receipt and gift card back. As I pulled away I noticed and immediately stopped and walked back up to the window where he picked a gift card up from I’m assuming the trash behind the window on the floor and gave us the gift card with a random receipt. Didn’t think anything of it at the time as I’m standing in the drive through window now holding up morning traffic. I go to use the remainder of the balance which should have been @ $18.91 left and was told there’s nothing on the card. Moral of the story they steal your money then don’t even make it right! I understand mistakes but do

The coffee is always watered down, feel like they're using less beans per brew. Never have this issue at any other Dunkin

Hello Duncan my name is Elijah I work next door at Mavis I was simply to put having a very very early start to my morning with only 5 hours of sleep last night since I clocked out late as well as got up very early for my next day I come into Duncan for a cup of coffee and of course being that I'm tired chose too late my head down on the table granted having my skateboard with me and my backpack I do not trust my my belongings to be on the floor where somebody who I would be not aware of could just walk up and take so I left them right in front of me where I can see him at all times just to be bothered by some gentleman wearing a gold chain necklace who is very much indeed of management staff to tell me that I was not allowed to do such things so I will not be coming back and as well as I'm
