Duchess Cookies - Smith Haven Mall

I am overwhelmed by how delicious these cookies are! My fiancé and I were at the mall to get some video games and we’re basically drawn to this station in the food court by its smell and how amazing the cookies looked. We got the Pumpkin, Smores, Cookies and Cream, and Italian rainbow (which has that delicious raspberry filling like the old school Italian rainbow cookies you’d get at the Italian bakeries on LI). The fellas that helped us were awesome, and we appreciate them!!

We were there Sat 12/6 after 4pm. 1st the guys (or should I say team working) were AMAZING. Full of spirit, enthusiasm, and fun. SINGING CAROLS, handing out free samples of Strawberry/Vanilla Sorbet (which is delicious) and resulted in multiple sales The cookies looked amazing and with sale of.buy 6 get 1 free it was a hard choice of which ones to choose. We took them home and heated them for 5 min at 350. omg they are awesome and a cookie jubilee experience. These aren't just a cookie, these are an experience of scrumptious. But what drew me and my family over to this station, was the team of guys working there. Their enthusiasm was so amazing. This establishment is highly recommended. The facility is clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain each flavor and happily providing samples of available ice cream. The cookies are substantial and flavorful; if you prefer thin, crisp cookies, this may not be the best fit. However, they serve some of the best warm, soft, and gooey cookies, offering excellent value for the quality.

Not sure how I did not know about these cookies before today!!! Strolled in the mall and was greeted by the most professional and enthusiastic manager. He was so informative, helped me choose my cookies according to my liking in less than 10 seconds!!! Even explained the specialty coffees they offer which I took his advice and got the banana latte which was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! The cookies were worth every penny. So far my new favorite spot for my sweet cravings and should be everyone’s as well!!

There were too many cookies to decide from! We got the unicorn which was strawberry cheesecake and the M&M cookie. Surprisingly we liked the unicorn one the most, even though it looks a little gimicky with the color and edible glitter it was super yummy. The M&M was chocolate filled and a little overwhelming. All cookies are warm and they had about 30 flavors when we went. I’d recommend going with friends so you can try a variety.
