Dreyer's - Ice Cream

Gino was extra extra nice 👌that ice cream was delicious and he gave us some nice scoops 10/10 service

Walked up at 723pm and the kids face was obvious he was NOT happy to see us. I asked him why the frown and he said he was about to close. My wife asked what time they close and he said 730 although hours say till 10pm. I said forget it and walked away. These places rely on us to stay open and for us to recieve the treatment we did is inexcusable. Sorry but you chose to work in a place where 95% of your customers are on vacation.

Thought we were getting Dreyer's ice cream, but the labels showed Thrifty's. Service was decent, but had one person between two stands. She was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable so she made the time there enjoyable.

Went down from room at 9:25pm and they were already closed. Hours stated open until 10:00pm

Saw a cockroach crawling across the wall today and pointed it out to the employee who confirmed he saw it too.
