Carnegie's Café

I'm doing this review again because I'm not sure if my previous review was filed correctly or, if it was overwritten by my second server's review. Also, I wanted to correct the rating stars because my screen size limited the 5 star, and I wanted to give the highest rating for Krissy. So, here goes another try: Our server, Krissy, was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Krissy's customer service is excellent!!! We had the ribeye steak, very tender and juicy, along with the Dr. Pepper wings that were seasoned deliciously. The food was cooked perfectly!!!

The reviews speak for themselves. The meals are well served and made to order. Our server Krissy was very nice and kept our drinks filled. Food was out in less than 15 minutes. They serve breakfast at night too and they have good deals and prices.

I got the clubhouse and my mom got the fish and chips. Both were pretty good, but the clubhouse sandwich had a lot of bread and not much contents. The fish and chips were pretty good. DJ was our server and did a great job. The dining area was very large and had plenty of room to move around. We saw someone order the gigantic taco and it was huge. They allowed me to take a photo because they were also in shock at how big it was.

We've been coming here for the last few days, all our meals have been good. Clam chowder was delicious on Friday. Food is brought out nice and hot, the food is very "diner style", fried chicken breast was great, crispy but not hard, pot roast sandwich was spot on , beef was melt in your mouth. Fries were good coffee delicious. Only issue we had with a breakfast was the corn beef hash, not sure what brand they use, but it wasn't great. Eva was our waitress and she is awesome!! Friendly and efficient service, 5 stars for her.

We ordered to go and took dinner to our room. We shared and order of buttermilk chicken tenders (4 pieces), and a side salad. The portions as I suspected were huge. Splitting was easy. They gave plenty of dressing (ranch and Italian) and we wanted for dipping (mayo and ranch). It was good food. Fast hot and plenty!
