Exceptionally comfortable accommodations at the beautiful Dragonfly Inn. We were in the Virginia Suite with a King bed, and it was like we were staying upstairs at Grandma’s house. Plus, it’s an incredible bargain (check out the website prices). Ralph and Patti Wilson are such welcoming hosts, and they also just happen to own the best restaurants in town – Damascus Diner, with the most stellar breakfast on God’s green earth (I would consider moving here just for that). And then there’s Wilson’s Café & Grill, where you’ll get pretty much the same incredible fare (veggie pasta to die for). Best of all, they give you discounts to their restaurants if you stay at Dragonfly. Are you kidding me? Folks, it doesn’t get better than this.

Such a great inn. They allowed me in my room two hrs early free of charge. The rooms were spectacular and very clean. The suite had its own private bathroom. The porch swing was nice to just sit and relax on after a long few days of hiking. The host gave us a complimentary gift card for breakfast at his restaurants the Damascus Diner, Wilson's, or the coffee shop across the street. I think sweets and treats?

Fantastic bed and breakfast! Ralph and Patti were amazing hosts who went out of their way to help me with some car issues free of charge and even grabbed some aloe from their garden for my girlfriend’s sunburn. They really made us feel taken care of, and I’ll definitely be back.

Cute place in the middle of Damascus two blocks from the Virginia Creeper trail. Ralph was very friendly and we enjoyed hanging out on the rocking chairs on the front porch after a day of biking. Ralph does not do breakfast but gives you a $10 coupon per person for the Damascus dinner one block away. The breakfasts at the dinner were great! We also enjoyed Wilson's for dinner, a slightly more upscale restaurant in town. Only two areas for improvement. It would be good in they would refresh the room and provide fresh towels. Ralph was happy to provide fresh towels when my wife asked but it would be better if we did not have to ask. A minor point but $10 does not really cover the full cost of breakfast. After coffee and juice, it is more like $15. It is still a really good breakfas
