Tried birria from then last weekend, and came back this weekend for more. I love it! Steak quesadilla was also tasty. They have birria Friday through Sunday I believe.

Juan does a great job with this business. The food is outstanding! Some of the best cabeza I've had. The menu is authentic and the service is quick. Great food truck. He's got 3 trucks, Beloit, Rockford, and Janesville. So, you can't miss. These guys win the Stateline contests for a reason!

Love going g there for tacos 🌮. I accidentally creating a new menue Item. "Cabana torta" you should try it one time. It's a torta with all the meats on it including egg. Although it is about $20, but worth it
