I was in Bristol for a little weekday vacation with my wife, while walking around the town on an early Wednesday morning I stumbled across downhill bread…… bought a two year aged cheddar loaf of bread…… ate the whole thing in two days lol. And truth be told I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Absolutely delicious.
Hands down best bread in VT. Really, it's just delicious. Fennel Sesame is my personal favorite, but they are all amazing and you can't go wrong with any flavor.
World class bread, the best in the region provided in a thoroughly understated manner. Please expand your supply! Your bread is a work of art!
