Doras Taqueria & Cantina - Rochester

So freaking good. Been multiple times and will continue to support. The carnitas are awesome. The margaritas are so good. Get a large and your good for the entire meal. They also packaged the food for takeout very well. **UPDATE October 24, 2025** still eating here and still awesome. The enchiladas are so good.

I found Dora’s Taqueria a few days ago, and it was fantastic! The tacos are full of flavor, the ingredients are super fresh, and the guacamole is on another level. The service was incredible too. I especially loved the street tacos and the margaritas. Easily one of the best taco spots around. 5/5!

Great lunch spot. Service was super quick and atmosphere was nice inside. There’s a patio outside, although the street is busy I think the atmosphere is fine for a quick bite to eat and place to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air! Food was great, a little on the spicy side for me on the salsa and sauces but authentic Mexican and that’s what matters!

Service was excellent. Food was a little iffy, the carne asada tacos were meh would not get again, the Al pastor was probably the best meat but the pineapple appeared old and brown, but was grilled giving it that appearance but still fresh. The chorizo was okay, but nothing to write home about. Overall decent for Mexican food in Rochester, NH. Interested to see what the birria is like. The meat did come out a little cold, but staff were very considerate and understanding. Will likely return. Oh and the beans and rice were very good.

Found this place while searching for another business in Rochester, and very pleased I did! The food was awesome and the staff and service was equally so!! Coming from the southwest I am always looking for good Mexican food, and this fits the bill! Do yourself a favor and pay My Cielo Taqueria a visit. I recommend the street tacos. Enjoy!
