A great donut option in Kitty Hawk and surrounding areas. Serve fresh hot cake donuts directly off the fryer with your choice of toppings. The glazed cake donut was especially amazing. We also ordered their cinnamon sugar donuts which pulls apart like a croissant. Yum! They also offer a fill Boston creme donut using an excellent rich dark chocolate. Such a sweet family-owned donut shop! They went out of their way to make our visit special—offering the kids free donuts to keep them entertained while we waited, chatting with us about our trip, and even sharing family-friendly OBX recommendations. The interactive draw-your-favorite-donut wall, kid-sized viewing bench, and warm service made it clear this shop was built with families in mind. The donuts were fresh, soft, and delicious—and made with healthier ingredients too! Clean space, plenty of outdoor seating, and wonderful people. We only wish we had found this place sooner and not just on our way out—but we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. And I recommend you come too!

They were VERY friendly and welcoming. Asked us if we're local or traveling and where we're from. Donuts are made to order and warm and we don't have that from where we're from so it was a really cool experience! Best bavarian donut I've ever had! Wish we had your store in our state! Thank you!

We were going to the shop but when we went online we found out they deliver! ( total plus when you have kids that get over stimulated with so many choices) we ordered online not knowing if it would be any good. But thought who cares because it was half the cost of the other places. Here's my entire experience. App: Super easy to use. Ordered at midnight for next day. Received confirmation as soon as submitted. Ordered updated as soon as location opened. Received a notification when order was on way. Delivery: Driver got out of car, it was the owner his name was Patrik with the thickest accent said " am I late" my little kids told him he was not. He let us know if there something we have a problem with. Please call him at shop and give him a chance to make it right. The interaction we had

The donuts from here were the highlight of our visit to OBX. The donuts are fresh made and we loved how there was a variety of donut types you can get. My husband is not a fan of duck because it's just the same mediocre donut with different toppings. All the donuts we tried from here were amazing - warm and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy in the inside. Because they're fresh made/made-to-order, there is a short wait but I really enjoyed watching the donut machine while we waited. And, the donuts were totally worth the short wait!
