Donuts Etc

Twice in a row, now my order was missing something and had to asking it once and go back after leaving once

Don't waste your time and money!! I have always gone there for great cinnamon rolls but something has changed. Expected nice fluffy rolls but this time they were all FLAT, 3/4" or less flat and tasted bad, threw the whole batch out! Wasted a 40 minute round trip to town and $20, not again..

I have been going here for a little over three years & always loved their eclair donuts as well as a few other donuts they had! I didn't like their pigs in a blanket they always tasted weird! But the last two times we've been up there the eclair donuts have been like chewing taffy (almost like a rubbery texture) no matter how much I chewed it wouldn't break down!! The person at the store when I called stated that they didn't get any other complaints so it must be my family & myself that must have done something to their donuts! As soon as we bought them & got them home (10 miles exactly from their donut shop) we all tried to eat them so I didn't mess up they're donuts at all!! We had been loyal customers for many years and the cook argued with me when I returned (the next day because it had already closed for the day of purchase) a batch of donuts that were too greasy...I'm really disappointed in the way they talked with me considering the years of business my family has given them...at least they refunded the money for the dozen of donuts.

We come here a lot and we always don’t like the lady that works there and this time we order a chocolate donut and gave us a glazed donut my husband told her and she snatched the bag out of his hand and my husband told her you know what can I have my money back here’s your donuts she said no we can’t do that and he said don’t be snatching nothing out of my hands she started telling him off just RUDE!!!!
