AnnaBella Lakefront Resort

This place is AMAZING! The cabins are SO nice - they had everything we could possibly need on top of being stylishly updated. The beds were super comfortable, and we had the most amazing view of the lake out every window. It was cold out but we still used the boat to go on the lake for a bit. Then we came back to enjoy the sunset while we thawed out in the hot tub. The owner Scott was very communicative and gave some great suggestions for local spots to eat and things to do. The price was also much lower than the neighboring rentals, and I think these were much newer and nicer. Highly recommend!

The lake view was amazing; however, this property had some serious unpleasant issues. -toilet was broken -the front yard was soaked with what smelled like sewage -the house smelled like sewage -there was dog pee on the floor under the kitchen table (shown in the picture) -the bedroom mattress had a “blood-like” stain on it (shown in the picture) - the hot tub smelled foul -the gate to the gated yard was broken -there were eerily placed cameras around the property -the road to the property was washed out and difficult to navigate -unexpected pet fee after arriving without a listed description Overall, very misleading and not worth the money.

Getting to the cabin is a bumpy ride but sooo worth it! The view of the lake is amazing and relaxing. Just what this teacher needed. Great host and a great story to read, but I didn’t get to finish so I will be looking for it. Thanks for hosting us.

This was very clean and very enjoyable experience. Our host was very responsive and attentive. Please make even more clear, that of you're leaving sunset cove turn left to go to the Main road and not right. The road to the right is almost impassable by car.

We have never been anywhere that we felt so comfortable! Scott answered every time I called to help me with silly questions, this was by far my favorite place we have stayed! The cabin( more house) was clean , cold, well stocked! The view from the hot tub at sunset? My goodness! The dock was amazing, could sun and sit in the shade! We caught bass, catfish, and perch… which I fried up and were delicious ! We were able to use our paddle boards, and swim! I just can’t say enough! Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was our 21 anniversary, and it was so worth it!
