Donatos Pizza

I've come to this place several times and have always had a good experience, will definitely will keep coming back. Staff was friendly and attentive to my orders and food came out hot and adequately fast.

1st off, Awesome customer service ! ( : I definitely appreciate that. I'm a little sad about the $9 salad bc most of the lettuce was white and kind of old. I expected more of a spring mix I guess not iceberg. They also forgot my dressing & I was out @ home. The pizza & cookie were pretty good. The tea 💯 of course.

It’s not really an eat in. For pick up the app is super easy to use and it’s on time with excellent service. Pizza is great and unique with generous toppings. Brentley makes a great pizza and never skimps on the veggies. I appreciate the salads but they have become mostly iceberg lettuce with few toppings. This is certainly due to the economy, and probably is corporate so I get it but it’s why that one start off.

I have been a customer of the Richmond Rd. Donato's for many years. Kim is a treasure. Always friendly, professional and provides excellent service. The food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you Donato's for bringing back the Chicken Vegy Medley!

Brentley really made my family not only feel welcome, but his attention to detail with the service he provided was amazing! I have dietary restrictions - as does the rest of my family - and for the first time in honestly what feels like since Covid, I did not have to send food back! Thank you Brentley - I'll definitely be back!
