What can I say the sushi is amazing. I feel like I tried one of everything. The uni roll was delicious. The shrimp tempura roll was the best I've ever had and had such a complex flavor that I dont even know how they did it. They have a beef tempura roll that was so tender and flavorful it was like Japan and Texas had a baby. I can't wait to see what else they come up with!
I went on the first weekend it was open and the food was pretty great. It was a little pricey, but I'll definitely go back. It will probably got better with time.
