Domino's Pizza

Food arrived cold, late, and the pizza boxes were smashed. The driver was rude when I pointed out that the boxes were smashed and some of boxes just looked greasy. Delivery time quotes on the app mean nothing for this store, takes 2-3 times longer than quoted to arrive. The app changed and now selects this store for delivery instead of the Schererville location and we’ve had horrible service at the St John store. We’re done with Dominos for a while after multiple bad experience at this location.

The staff seem to have no clue what they are doing. I always order on the app ahead of time and the food is NEVER ready when it is promised. Today I waited inside and it took them 20 minutes AFTER I placed my order before they even began to make it. They also do not use the Domino’s Pizza Tracker. It’s very frustrating when you order for a specific pickup time and they make you wait inside the lobby because they haven’t even begun working on your order. Go to a different location if possible. Also, do NOT try to call. The staff intentionally ignore the phone so that they do not have to speak to customers. This place has TERRIBLE customer service.

This literally one of the worst dominos ever. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt numerous times and it’s awful. If you order ahead, add 30 minutes to the time the app tells you. It’s never ready on time, and there is never any sense of urgency. I understand it’s “fast food” pizza but when I order it for the family and it’s never done on time, or I order it for the sitter and it’s not done on time, it’s an issue. It’s always excuses. I don’t want a free pizza, I want what I ordered by the time I’m told it’ll be done. I will never order from here again.

Ordered online and pizza showed up in a decent amount of time. That is the only reason for an extra star on the service portion. Pizza itself was meh, up until we found a hair baked into it! We like to get the bread bites, usually ok, not today. They were small and skinny, rock hard, and drowning in butter. When I tried to call the store about the issues, literally no one answered the phone. Called three times 15 minutes apart, and same thing. On hold for 5 minutes each time before I hung up. Try to go through corporate to rectify the issue, and got a bot on text messages. What an awful experience.

Never order from this location, pick from any other dominos near here. Problem is once you place order they don't throw it in oven for up to 30 40 min after you order. Even when not busy. the estimates on pizza tracker are off from the get go. Only accurate if they throw pizza in oven! Special shout out to cooks who trash talk about customers to coworkers when we can hear her clear as day from the front in open concept restaurant 🫤. Apparently showing up 10 min after the order estimate for carryout is too soon🤷.
