Domino's Pizza

HORRIBLE! My food arrived burnt and thrown into the box; it was supposed to have two rows of chicken, but there was only one with burnt fillings!!! I paid $40.00 for this, it's not even worth $2!!! I called to ask them to send me a new order or give me my money back, and I was dealt with by two ignorant employees who didn't solve my problem. I will never order from this place again!!

I went to pick up my order when I got the email saying it was ready. I drove through a snowstorm and icy roads only to be told that a driver had taken my order by mistake and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be made again. No sorry no apologies nothing! While I was canceling and getting a refund I got to see how unhygienic the workers were, no rinsing the cutters between each order. Terribly messy and disorderly. In a way glad I did not get the pizzas there

Very rude people!! The delivery guy Called me , to come meet him in the parking lot, usually they come up to the apartment. He then yelled at me, insisting that I needed to come downstairs, outside in parking lot to meet him. We always tip very well ! . He was yelling at me , combative, disrespectful! Each question I asked to try and help him at least meet me in lobby, he told me it was better for him if I go on the parking lot ! We would not have ordered delivery if the food wasn’t being delivered. Still shocked ,! We give this place soo much business ! Spend lots of money here ! Never again ! Ordered food online, it was scheduled pick up. Forgot to put time and called store right back after placing order. Denied to make change to order and talked very rudely. Very disappointed that Domino's providing such rude service.

This is poor customer service ordered food and was never delivered called rest and she was rude and was like well we can’t do anything about it. Delivered to wrong addresse when my address is clearly in the app. She was very ignorant at handling this.will never order from this place again poor customer service I would of gave a zero but it’s not an option I guess
