Domino's Pizza

This place sucks at Pizza and Customer Service. I didn’t think it was standard to argue w/ a customer about their preference of a pizza they’re eating. I’ve been patient with the staff when I every reason not to! I was told by a manager months ago that when I select “extra sauce” while placing my order on the app I have to call into the store or place the order in person. Why? If employees don’t know how to read orders and follow instructions that’s not my problem. Many times I’ve received pizzas that was just cheese and dough and that’s why I have to request “extra sauce” just for a normal amount. It’s Awful. I've ordered from here many times and they have never disappointed! My son loves the garlic Parmesan pie cut into squares and they get it right every time, hot and ready in 10 minutes! Mmmm so cheeeeessyyy! The curb side service is the best! Order on the App, Drive up, Enjoy!

Poor quality pizza. The driver first went to the wrong hotel, then returned to deliver it to the correct one. When we opened the box, we found that the pizza had been reheated and was burnt black. We paid $33 plus tip for a disgusting, burnt pizza.Definitely not recommended this location.

It is February 25, 2026 @4:57. I just ordered 2 pan pizza and had a free hand tossed. All are doughy and half raw! I keep trying to call the Ridgefield Park store and no one answered or they pick up and never say hello. I don’t want coupons I want my order fully cooked please. I ordered earlier CALL ME!!!!!!!

My husband and I started ordering from here because we recently moved to the area, but we're not going to anymore. The last two times we ordered, we got stomach aches. Maybe it's because the female worker behind the counter took my husband's cash payment, didn't wash her hands or glove up, and immediately went to grab ingredients and make someone else's pie. My husband was too appalled to say anything and just walked out. He tried calling later to complain, but the same female answered the phone and it turns out that she's the store manager. According to my Domino's app, her name is Isabel. Absolutely disgusting. You would think a manager knows better.
