Domino's Pizza

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience with this Domino’s was so frustrating I felt compelled to speak up. I ordered a pizza and paid extra for extra chicken, expecting a decent amount of topping for the added cost. What I got was a complete joke — barely a sprinkle of chicken across the entire pizza. Honestly, it looked like they forgot the chicken entirely and then tossed a few pieces on top as an afterthought. If this was “extra,” I’d hate to see what a regular amount looks like. It’s not just about the money (though it’s ridiculous to charge extra for something they clearly didn’t deliver on) — it’s the principle. Delivery driver drove 15 min past my house. I live 5 minutes away. He got there 25 minutes later. Who knows what he was doing. Very little marinara sauce on pizza. They forgot the buffalo sauce on the other pizza. 1 pizza over cooked the other undercooked. It’s not Starbucks. A cheese pizza shouldn’t be that problematic to make. I got sick from something. The managers apparently don’t care about quality control. I hope the paycheck is at least good the food was not.

Call rennsaler ny Domino's they never pick up the phone and when they do they hang up the phone 3 times on me noy professional at all. Domino's went down hill once they added the answering machine everything take to long. They should go back to the old ways when people call somebody pick up the phone. This happen on Dec, 9 between the hour of 7 pm to 7: 30pm. The guy answer the phone you start ordering he laugh and hang up the phone. I guess Domino's hiring anybody now.

The pizza was nasty. It was oversaturated with tomato sauce. No cheese just tomato sauce. Won’t be buying from there again. Why would you put all this tomato sauce on a pizza. Just wasted $9.

Team does a great job despite all the curveball thrown. I went in last night & the staff mentioned the top oven has been broken for 3 weeks, manager is aware however, nothing is being done to address the known issue. Great food!!!!!!!!
