Domino's Pizza

Domino's pizza has eliminated the only good food on their menu, the build you own pasta, they still have the ingredients but refuse to make any good food. They say that their stores won't even allow to add anything to their dry tastless pasta, it a shame that they hate their customers so much.

My family normally loves ordering from the Red Wing Domino's because it is always great! However, when I received my online order my pizza was like this when I opened the box. The other two Pizzas I ordered were pushed up, but thankfully not as bad. I then looked at the receipt and this message was left on it... Unacceptable!

Ordered two pan pizzas this evening. One with 6 ingredients and one with two ingredients. The crust was horribly undercooked and raw. We cut around the edges and ate the cooked portions, but this is unacceptable. I called to let them know about the uncooked crust and they basically blew me off and told me to order it "well done" next time. First off, who orders a pizza "well done"? You simply assume it will be cooked properly. Second, the "manager" told me the pizzas are passing through a 455 degree oven for seven minutes and if you order lots of toppings the crust can come out undercooked. My wife ordered us some pizza and bread bites last night and the customer service we experienced was disturbingly disrespectful! My wife over explains things, with her specific instructions for the delivery driver to call us when they pulled up to the house and we would meet them at the door, they had ZERO excuse as to why we had the experience we did last night.. When I called after my wife sat down to eat her pizza, realizing it looks like it's about 2 hours old & the temperature was equivalent to being put into the fridge for about 40-45 minutes.. The store is only 8 minutes away from our home, so that's no reason for the pizza to be that cold.. If your looking to stay in for the night but don't want to cook this is a good option. It's cheap filler food. And it's pretty tasty too! Online ordering couldn't be easier and the contactless deliveries are a breeze. Being able to watch the orders progress from start to delivery is convenient as well. Pizza combinations are endless and up to your imagination. Tonight it was an Alfredo sauce with steak and mushroom and Alfredo sauce with sausage and chicken pizza.
