Domino's Pizza

9 times out of 10 they disappoint. Took over an hour and a half to deliver my order. Not sure what the point of a quality check is when they let pasta leave the store with zero sauce on it. Burned brownie/cookie, and completely forgot the salad. Not to mention no utensils. I won't ever be ordering from them again, this was the final mess up.

Bought a chicken parm. Sandwhich for delivery. The sandwhich had no chicken on it. I called the store to let them know. The person that I spoke with claimed he made the sandwich himself and that he knows he put chicken on the sandwhich. I offered to send him a picture of the sandwhich. He pissly said no that he would put an 8 dollar credit on my account for the sandwhich. The 8 dollars was never credited to my account just like the chicken was never put on my sandwhich. This location really needs new management.

When the Rathdrum location is good, they're really good. But, more often than not recently, orders for delivery should have never left the restaurant. It's obvious when being boxed up that the pizza is burned (most recent order). A previous order had a pan pizza that was barely cooked and wasn't cut (not that it wasn't cut entirely through - there was no attempt made to cut it at all). Your prices are way too high to be sending out mistakes. The options you have to 'make it right' are ridiculous as well. You need to be offering refunds as an option.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars for this store. We have had more problems over the years that turn into headaches than actually getting an order that tastes and looks as advertised. A huge portion of the staff is normally rude. The last visit we made will be the last. I've tried to utilize the online and carside pickup to avoid too much interaction with their rude employees. I can note there was a younger man with a nice blue car that was very helpful and kind the last time I got carside. This last time I tried for 20 minutes to set up an online carside order. It refused to work and kept telling me to refresh or call the store I was ordering from. So I called the store as I'm finally sitting in front of the window there. See update below!!!! This location loves to give you burnt Pizzas. Both times this has happened Kylee was working. She is not professional and does not care to own up to her mistakes. Avoid this location, there is a high chance you will regret ordering here. Update!!!!! 01/21/23 They have greatly improved their quality and service. Decided to give them another try and everything was great. Looks like the previous bad eggs are no longer working there.
