Domino's Pizza

This has got to be the best Dominos out there. Growing up, I heard mixed reviews about the chain and didn't have one locally. Everything we've gotten at this location has been incredible! As a family who cooks almost all of our food, our Dominos nights are exciting--filled with quality pizza + parmesan bites, loaded with toppings and seasonings. And the workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is our favorite stop after practices!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordering food through this location will take you hours to receive an order. This is now the 2nd time at this location I am not receiving my order when it was placed. I would LOVE for an actual corporate number or way to reach someone about concerns. For now it’s going to be reported to the BBB.

6 years ago, this pizza was great! Ordered the Special Large for 11.99 5 toppings! No taste in the sauce, crust, pepperoni etc. Very very disappointed.

Used to be a great place about a year ago, but my last several orders have just been horrible. Missing toppings, flat pizzas - dough not rising, burnt crusts, etc. Not sure why I keep ordering from here… especially due to how horrible customer service is. When trying to talk to who was in charge, the man half listened and walked away when we were still talking. Apparently burnt crusts are the customer’s fault due to “changing the sauces on thin crust pizzas.” too! Missing pineapple, and the fix was to throw some pineapple on it and put it back into the oven for a little bit. But only AFTER they first offered to just give us a side of pineapple. Go somewhere else to get your pizzas. Side note: New tots are horrible. Burnt cheese, hardly any sauce, all the “toppings” are huddled in the cent

The people are friendly and service was great but the pizza was nasty! Hardly any toppings, dry, barely enough cheese. It reminded me of Little Caesars $5 hot and ready. What a shame. This isn’t the first time. It was the same way the last time I ordered. I was hoping it wouldn’t be. . I doubt I will be ordering from Dominos in Okemos again. Very disappointing.
