Domino's Pizza

I ordered for delivery. The dominos website assigned the store for my delivery. When that store received my order they canceled it before contacting me. When I asked them what would happen with the money that came from my giftcard they didn't know and said maybe it would show up in a couple days. When I asked to pick it up and just get the delivery fee refunded, they said too bad we already cancelled it. Extremely unprofessional. If the corporate site assigned my delivery to their store, they should deliver it, even if it is an extra 3 minutes drive. Increased from 1 to 2 stars in appreciation of owner's quick response. Still have an issue that the dominos website assigns your store, then store cancels the order because boundaries didn't line up. They either need to fix the site or stores

Just ordered a delivery and if they knocked I didn’t hear it but there is a door bell that works. I have dogs so they barked otherwise I would have never known they showed up. I go to open the door up, they are in the car already leaving. food was left on porch and I’m not ok with that. everyone steps right on the mat wipes their feet then place the food there is gross.honestly don’t understand why it’s ok to just leave food on the porch like that. I know some people don’t mind but I do I want it handed to me or at least off the ground if you absolutely can’t just wait for someone to open the door.

My husband went to pick up our order pizza last night. We order at 5:03. It said it was ready at 5:14. They kept telling him multiple times it would be another 5 or 10 minutes. So he left to grab something else. He came back and by then it was 5:45, they told him maybe the driver took it so rhey had to remake it.so got our pizza almost an hour after ordering..we usualy order from the Farr west location and we will definitely be ordering from them next time. The pizza was swimming in sauce. So much sauce that I questioned if it was even cooked all the way because it felt doughy. Ordered extra cheese. Seemed like light cheese. Maybe they were having an off night, but we were still disappointed.

Domino's was doing great but it seems like they have gone back to not so great. They mess up the orders and the quality is back to the old days. It's getting bad again. Time to start going with another pizza place.

DW was very helpful and understanding even though we mistook the price initially. He was patient with us and that service is in addition to the fact that this location produces delicious pizza!
