Domino's Pizza

Last few times we ordered the food quality and service has significantly gone down compared to what it used to be. Previously we ordered pizzas and the cheese had slid off to the side and majority was stuck the box, the next time we ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta…. But when it was delivered, had barely any chicken and pasta was overcooked, and just recently our order was left on the front porch and no one rang the doorbell to let us know it was delivered so it sat out in the cold for 30mins. Each time we called to complain and were told that we would receive additional and/or complimentary items the next time we ordered and that a note would be added to our address in the system… we have yet to redeem any additional/complementary items and apparently there’s no notes to be found.

Called, ordered and paid for pizza and salad, after confirming they would deliver it to my address. (They have in the past). A half hour after I placed the order they called and said they couldn’t deliver my order and to try the Dominos in Liberty Town - which doesn’t exist.

Consistently order from here and pizza always hits the spot and is consistent.

I had always problem with this store usually I prefer Hot buffalo Sauce. When I order without saying anything ... Rather just saying pizza with hot buffalo sauce in my order I will barely see sauce . I f order extra then I feel eating sauce only. Per them call once you place order. And today I called and said moderate buffalo sauce and I got pizza with more than extra open the box I don't of staff and showed to it. That is why usually prefer Urbana store compare to this one

Quick, reliable pizza delivery. Decent quality, usually satisfies the craving. Good for a fast, no-fuss meal. Yay cheese, love to use the app to get coupons.
