Domino's Pizza

Is it 20A minute? One of many times I've been in this particular store and I've always had a problem period I took some pictures of the person that didn't speak English. He spoke French, and I had a friend with me who also spoke French. So that's the only reason why I knew what he was saying to his co-workers. The main person who was taking the order we had a little difficulty was not his fault. I was having a problem in the app period the man who wasn't supposed to be talking to me, he, which was dealing with the dough, making the pizzas, was very rude, making some. He thought funny comments about me to some female workers, which I understood exactly what he said once. My friend told me what he said. They gave my son the wrong pizza and it was burnt. I had to remove crust because it had a lot of garlic on it. When I called Jose was rude. He tried to tell me my pizza was right and when I tried to explain to him that he was wrong, he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up right away. I called back and spoke to Neifel (sp) who said Jose said I was talking back to him. I asked for a manager and he told me to call back on Sunday to speak to Jose manager and today is Friday. Jose needs customer service training or he needs to be fired. He’s a bad representative for the Domino’s franchise.

ALL of my pizzas were burned. I tried to call ahead of coming back but was on hold for 10 minutes. the female pizza maker attempted to make it seem like they weren't burned to hell, but they were. I have pictures. This was a waste of my time AND money! Neither of which was refunded! This location has left a terrible stain. Will never return! The employees making the food don't wear gloves. They were walking around touching handles and hair and NEVER washing their hands before going back to preparing people's food. The remade pizzas had no cheese on half the pizza. Not worth it to complain again after watching the disgust they operate in. If people get sick after eating this food, i wouldn't be surprised.

Had a well done pizza delivered. It wasn’t even cooked for a regular pizza. When I called they left me on hold and the girl acted like I was bothering her. They said they’d make a new one but they needed the pizza back. When I drove down there no one said anything to me and then they had a conversation in Spanish. Not a word to me. Not an offer to give me my delivery charge back. And I’m wondering why they don’t use gloves to make anyone’s food. This place has consistently been less than no matter who works here. They knew they took it out the oven raw. Who eats a white soggy pizza??? Zero customer service

NEVER ORDER HERE!!! I placed an order online from this store and the total was $85.70. Not only was this the worst food and delivery experience but they gave themselves a tip that they charged to my card! AVOID THIS STORE! BUYERS BE WARNED! I did not approved charging my card for a tip and they never gave me anything to sign. The driver didn’t even speak english and took forever to delivery my food (which he marked delivered without handing it off to me) now looking at reviews this store always charges card tips without permission. I’ll be reporting to it to the better business bureau.
