Domino's Pizza

Ordered online to have delivered to a nearby hospital for my mother since I wasn’t able to go. The pizza and sides were made quickly and delivered in a timely manner. My delivery driver was Tony, he called me ahead of time to ensure that my mom would be able to get her ordered if he had to leave it at the front desk. When he arrived he was able to take food directly to my mom’s room. I appreciate that he took the time to call before just possibly leaving the food upfront.

My pizzas were excellent for a chain location, and Steve's the man! I got my delivery quickly and he followed the delivery instructions (can't tell you how many carriers can't follow "enter parking lot, I'll be by the patio"). My only complaint is that the pizzas were pretty expensive, $18 each for 2 mediums, for $45 total, not including tip. However, obviously the location doesn't set prices, so I don't hold that against them. That said, they were delicious. I'll never go back to the hut again.

Was told by manager that he didn't have time for my shit and hung up on me. O was due a credit because they messed up my order, delivered someone else order to me I guess, so I tried to reorder and he told me I would have to pay full price. What the actual heck. You guys messed up, again. Not me. Where is my money back??????? The store manager reached out and tried to make it right, which was cool. Updated to 3 stars for the follow up, but this was still not a good interaction and very unprofessional. Update again, the store made it right. Thank you.

Delivery is fine but 2nd time ordering and the pizza/doe is just slightly undercooked every time. After seeing all these reviews I just don’t understand how or why it’s so difficult run a dominos correctly. Insane

Family over unexpectedly, ordered pizza's for all on the $9.99 large deal "any way you want it." The pizza's came steaming hot and fresh and we all enjoyed. This was probably best pizza I ever ate! Keep up the good work Maplewood team Domino's.
