Domino's Pizza

Generally good, but when they let you down they let you down HARD. Last night I ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery and for an entire hour the site kept resetting the status of my pizzas to the start of the process, as if my pizzas were being given away and my order procrastinated. I then proceeded to call and complain and the one who answered wisely decided that my pizzas were just getting sent out (Had she not said that I would have asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund) however it still took another half hour before the delivery was made. Pizza arrived barely warm and both pizzas were smalls rather than mediums. Furthermore the website's tracker somehow started tracking some delivery in california (I double checked after seeing this, I didn't order from the wrong location)

I am soo sorry. The poor review was meant for Papa Johns. Your service was amazing and extremely fast. In fact I will no longer be using Papa Johns and will be giving you my future business. I am sorry again. The person who helped me was also great.

A good pizza at a reasonable price. Not the best pizza I've ever had - but not bad either. A two medium pizza special was affordable at $25 - compared to other locals at $50. To get the deal you have to use the app. You can't order it in the store. So I stood in their store typing away on my phone. Annoying and stupid.

This dominos hands down is the best pizza i have ever had. the workers all deserve a raise they were so kind and fast, they beat all of the surrounding pizza places they don’t compare. best pizza ever!!!

Order placed at 6:25pm. Called 40 minutes later to be told it was on its way. Was eventually delivered at 7:31pm. We live less than 5 minutes away. Not doing this again.
