Domino's Pizza

I went to this Dominos on 12/15 to place a carry out order. During my transaction there was a glitch in their system that charged my card, but didn’t register my order in the system. They tried to find it and told me they would make the pizza anyway. At that time my bank account showed that the $28 transaction was pending. So I leave to and return to find they’ve not made my pizza. So I ask for a refund. The General Manager Charlie Wilson says the order isn’t in the system and the pending transaction should fall off of my account within two hours. I ask for a receipt and he says he can’t give me one due to the order not being in the system. I ask for his card and he gives me a posted with his name on it and the store number. This was on a Saturday so it took until Monday to show that it

My husband and I are frequent customers of Domino's, and we recently had an issue with our order. We ordered three New York-style pizzas, but when we arrived home, we discovered that only one of the pizzas was the correct style. I contacted the store to inform them of the error, but the employee who answered the phone insisted that all three pizzas were New York-style. I explained that we have extensive experience with pizza and could easily identify the incorrect crust. The employee mumbled something unintelligible, and there was a period of silence. At this point, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager came on the line and reiterated that he had made the pizzas himself and that they were all New York-style. It was the best pizza we had in a long time.We got the hand tossed Spinach/feta & we also got the hand tossed extravaganzza.Both were delicious & the leftovers still tasted fresh &delicious when reheated.

Erika did a great job. I appreciate her efforts and her hospitality…. From Florida to nyc I stopped here and I’m glad I did great job team. Not everyone was welcoming but Erika smiled and was helpful while the manger ignored me and the other employees smh
