Ordered through a delivery app and opted to tip cash (do the drivers secretly yearn for taxes?) and the driver left it basically in the driveway instead of at my front door (10 steps up) so I didn’t discover it until I called the store - at which point it was already soaked from the rain, cold, and likely had bugs crawling over it. They re-delivered it, my gf answered the door, since I was pooping, and as she stepped away from the door with the food to get the cash from me the driver YELLS at my gf “wow two deliveries no tip, no wonder why they left it in the rain” and stormed off. Service was quick and somewhat friendly but I have a problem with one thing. The wings were supposed to be sauced but yet they were only drizzled in sauces not mixed in. Basically doesn’t match the picture. And pizza was okay but could be better.

I ordered two chicken Alfredo oven baked pasta bowls. This is what I got; not even half full. Dumping one bowl into the other would not have filled it up. I have eaten countless numbers of these bowls over the last nearly 10 years. I have NEVER received anything less than a completely filled bowl with some filled to the level that the lid had food stuck to it when removed. Even though this location is less than 15 minutes from my house, I will drive 20 minutes to the Loris store or 25 minutes to North Myrtle Beach store from now on. Plain and simple, I was robbed. I did not get what I paid for, i.e., ordered and paid for an Xtra large pizza, took home an Xtra large pizza box only to open it and find a small pizza. I will NEVER order food from this location again. EVER!!

I had a carside delivery while I was parked directly in front of the store with my hazards on and I watched everyone leaning on the counters amongst each other. I had to go in and get my order and the lady at the front was extremely rude and cutting eyes at me. I spend my hard earned money with this company which pays for yalls paychecks for rude service is completely horrific especially as a GM in food service extremely disappointed and will not return.
