Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery today. And the food was cold and dry and the kid smashed it in when he smacked it on my porch and walked away. He was rude.

We ordered delivery. We are a loyal customer. We get pizza once a week. They burned our food. The Alfredo bowl didnt have any sauce and the noodles burned.called the kearns location was put on hold of over 5 mins. I hung up and tried to make a complaint on the app. We will NOT go back to this location.

Ordered about 29$ worth of pizza like i do 2-3x a week but i recently broke my phone. Came in to pay and had 27$ and 9-100$ bills. The lady wouldn’t take my 100$ but was short 2$ and Mari said “ ooh zoooorry” y’all would rather take a loss then break a 100 bill or give me a 2$ discount lol crazy thing is i normally tip 40-50% which in this case would been 10-15$ tip of my bill cos i know how times are tough. Never will i tip again though

One week the pizzas were great. Yesterday they were dry and burnt. They didnt seem to care when we called and complained about all the pepers the put in a Hawian pizza. We picked up the pizas with out checking what we got. Our bad and it wont happen again.

This place is one of the worst experience I ever had the manager she s so rude I think her name was Zoe not sure and she needs to treat her customers better also the employees I saw how she treat them so I hope the owners can read this review and take some kind of action with people like this I really like domino's pizza but with this customer service never want to come back
