Domino's Pizza

I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience at this Domino’s location on January 24, 2026, between 12:20 PM and 1:30 PM. After spending the morning at Grand Ledge High School for a robotics competition, two families (including two boys aged 11) stopped here for lunch. We are regular customers of this branch. The following issues occurred: The restroom was locked, and requests for access—even for a child—were denied or ignored. After receiving our pizzas and dining in, we were not provided plates and waited nearly 10 minutes, despite polite requests. Our children were hungry, uncomfortable, and distressed due to the locked restroom. When I politely expressed my disappointment, the employee—not wearing a name tag—escalated the situation. She represented herself as the

Ordered a three-topping medium pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, and Italian sausage. The pizza turned out perfectly, and tasted amazing. Very nice staff, as well as a clean store.

Ordered delivery. As soon as the driver handed me my food, I immediately said "you're missing a pizza. I ordered two pizzas". He checks the receipt, sure enough, missing a pizza. He says "I'll be back with your pizza". No big deal. Well, then I go to eat. The buffalo mac n cheese was barely half full and covered in so much buffalo sauce, there was a POOL in the dish. I scraped the mac from being completely stuck to the bottom, put it to one side of the dish in a pile, not even to the top, and it was equivalent to half full. The Classic Buffalo style boneless was equally ridiculous. Completely DRENCHED in buffalo sauce. I like buffalo sauce, but I don't want to drink it. Haven't ordered from Dominos in quite some time and like the "Golden Arches", I'll NEVER order Dominos again.

This Dominos location used to be great so I'm not sure what exactly has happened.... the last 2 times we've gotten pizzas they look like this. Barely any toppings, let alone cheese and what sauce there was put on it was baked into oblivion and was completely dry. The red sauce you see on the one pizza, you can touch it and there is absolutely no wetness to it at all. The Philly cheesesteak pizza on the other hand, im not even sure what to call this abomination. Literal HUGE patches of just bread, no topping or cheese. No sauce on it whatsoever. I've had philly cheese steak pizzas from other dominos locations that have been amazingly delicious and they are a far cry from whatever you wanna call this thing. Oh and the picture of the slice of pizza I've included? It's gotta have a total of 5

I think we all already know what the Domino's menu tastes like. Honestly, it's really good but far from "the best" pizza I've ever had. However, I LOVE ordering from here because of the staff. They're incredibly kind and you can tell they take pride in the level of service they provide! 🍕 2022 UPDATE: The quality of the food has changed. We still order regularly but have figured out what items are consistent and what to avoid ordering (ie: the wings have good flavor but are soggy, so we don't order wings anymore; the dips are horrible so we don't get those anymore either). The parmesan bread bites are perfect allllll the time and all of the pizzas are good!
