Domino's Pizza

This is our "Full" bowl of buffalo Mac and Cheese. Not a bit taken out of it. The noodles just cover the bottom which is hard to capture in photos. 12/20/25 @ 11pm

I was just hung up twice by two different people because they’re busy and shortstaffed and make it seem like it’s my fault as the customer then I tell them I want my money back and then they hang up again. I will never order from this dominoes ever again unprofessional employees.

First commercial for Dominos two pizzas for $6.99 was saying just that so when I went to Domino’s, I asked the girl behind the counter to be sure because it seemed like a very good deal. I asked her, Is it two pizzas for 699 and she said yes. My bill reflected differently. When I confronted her about the bill she tried to explain but really didn’t. Now I’m seeing a new commercial That is actually saying two pizzas for $6.99 EACH, that wasn’t being said on their previous Commercial.

Best Domino's location I've ever used out of the many I have ordered from over the years. My order is always 100% correct and arrives quickly and still plenty hot.

So for three nights been trying to use the online order on my desktop and it keeps telling me there having issues. I order everything using rewards, after all this is why we get them right! I go to check out and it bumps everything back up to retail, takes the coupon price out and puts the regular price in on the ordered item that should be free based on my rewards available! Been a long time customer here for the shop. SO, I called and the two people working had absolutely no clue how to help me, and had no idea how to make it right. Well, wrong answer you guys just lost a long time customer and got yourselves a 1 star review! Sorry but you could have handled it much different, your in a customer service business, or at least you use to be!
